Along the coast of Trapani, in the most famous Salt works of Sicily, attributable to the early Phoenician settlements and documented since the historical epoch, respecting the most ancient tradition, we produce one of the finest sea salt.
Our salt is extracted in the Salt Works inside the Natural Reserve of Trapani and Paceco, controlled by WWF Italy, Site of International Importance according to the effects of the Ramsar Convention, which gives greater assurance of authenticity, reliability and care for the environment.
Our whole, organic sea salt is still produced according to the Phoenicians' ancient method and is collected by hand. It retains its natural content of magnesium, potassium, iodine as well as all the trace of elements found in sea water, whose harmonious blend make it richer and more complete.
We are very glad, therefore, to propose to the consumer an handcrafted product that does not contain any additive and that can ben used in smaller quantities because its natural content of oligomineral elements and its easier penetration.
